Harness Bar for EW
hi there guys i am from South Africa and i am having great difficulty locating the Harness Bar for my Car, i would like to know if they sell this bar in the States and what the cost of the bar is, all help will be greatly appreciated.

Oh man thats a sweet ride! Is that a Ballade with the pop-ups, or a rare Si sedan? We need more pics! Not very many of those cars around at all!

Sadly, specialty parts like a harness bar for a 20+ year old car that was never a racer's first choice are generally not available. In this case I think you will have to fabricate your own piece.

Harness bars are show items, and are unsafe to actually use. And since they remove the ability to safely carry passengers in the back anyway, a rollbar makes much more sense without imposing any additional restrictions.
A fixed back seat and a race harness needs rollover protection for the driver. Attach the harness to the rollbar/cage.

Try these people, I know them and they do super high quality work. They make the harness bars for Sparco and they are making seat brackets and a harness bar for my 87 hatch.
