Carburetor rebuild or replace??

My (trusted) technician said I need to rebuild my carb because the seals are going which makes it hard to start my car. Anyway, I was wondering if its more cost efficient / a better option to buy a new one? The rebuild supposedly will be about 400

look at importcarbs.com you can do a lot better then 400 bucks

In the other thread you made, you stated 85 Accord.

*Just buy the Redline Weber conversion kit and save yourself the headache with stock carburetors. If you are keeping the car, this is the best way to improve power, reliability, and fuel consumption.
