Default Any points to electric conversion kits?

I have a 1987 Honda Civic 1.5L 12-Valve (CVCC im pretty sure). I've been searching for a while now and I can't find any points to electronic conversion kits for this. I want to upgrade to a 45,000 Volt or preferably a 60,000 Volt ignition coil. If I go with this much voltage then the points will wear out faster even with the ballast resistor in place. The availability of replacement parts is going down each year, I'm not even sure if I can find the points anymore. I'd really like to convert this to electrconic ignition. Does anyone have any links to points conversion kits for this Civic?

I'm gonna be running into the same problem soon and a friend of mine advised me to search through eBay.com for that. Some people make stuff all ready to go.

You should add your "Location" to your profile, because knowing what country you are in (and sometimes even what state) can make a big difference in what equipment was available. For instance, Canada = no CVCC.

The 84-87 models (1g CRX/3g Civic) don't have points, they use a Hall effect sensor to trigger the ignition system.

The stock ignition system is pretty darn good to begin with, but if you feel that you absolutely must change out the coil for a higher output unit, then I think the rest of the stock system would probably handle it just fine.

You might also want to check out http://www.redpepperracing.com . It's the best place in the world for info on a 1g/3g.
