82 en1 head torque

Well I located the head gasket set and bits I need to do the job but can't find the torque.

Does anyone know the head torque and sequence?
It is a 1982 civic with a EN1.

Hi mate, I need a valve cover for a 1300 EN1 engine. Can you please help me? Do you have any website from where I can buy one? Cause I can't find any.
