K-Tuned B/D shifter! looking to upgrade your B/D shifter this is the unit. also using the K-Tuned timing belt tensioner another great product from K-Tuned!

Very cool build. I also remember the silver K20. I like how you tied it all together. This one looks like a solid start to another awesome finished product.

My friend omar@kingsperformance.com is making the mil spec engine harness and I will be installing a painless wiring kit .

im impressed that you do not appear to have modified the firewall. we did a 1977 civic wagon with a d16a6 auto drive train about ten years ago and had to box part of the firewall for some clearance. looks like a great build though, i bet it will be a beast when it runs.

Very little needed to be trimmed ( upper stock motor mount ) but nothing off the firewall. This car is also a cvcc not a 1200 so I had almost 3 more inches to work with. Thanks for looking and the comments!

dropped the car off at De'Caudella's to have the engine bay painted. I am also having the motor boarded for the new pistons.

The bay is ready for me to start putting this thing together. also some of the parts are making there way back from coating.

fished up the wiring I used a painless kit with stock Honda plugs.

Excellent update on this car! I just have a question on what type of Painless kit did you use? Was it a basic race or off road sealed version? I'm gonna guess an 18 circuit fuse box?

That seems to be the way to go with a new wiring kit to help ease some of the wiring headaches.

i cant beleive i stumbled into this forum and this post

i will be doing a similar build, on a lower end scale, in a 81 shell

still undecided to turbo or all motor. looking to autox after completion.
