Default WTF is wrong??

A few weeks ago, I disconnected my amp, and forgot the disconnect the battery before hand. Now, something major is wrong with my audio system. First, I thought it was the headunit, but I just bought a Pioneer DEH-P3600 and this headunit doesn't work either. Some more info is when I put my stock headunit back in (6 disc in dash changer,) you can hear the changer clicking and checking for cds, so I'm guessing there is power. The wires I got from Circuit City to hook up my new headunit are "smart wires" and everything is just plug and play. If anyone has any ideas of whats wrong please speak up. Thanks. btw, i have an Acura RSX-S

There is two power wire in the radio harness. 1 is acc. so when you turn your key it powers your radio. 2 is constant 12+ for memory in your radio. i understand you plug your factory radio in and is made noise. did you turn your key to see if the stock radio came on? and check the fuse on the pioneer radio located right where you plug into the radio.
