I have my boost controller set up via a flip-switch, and would like to implement a LED indicator. I purchased a 12V switch with a LED built in, and it's sparking and getting burned up on the terminals. Without the 12V for the LED, the switch works fine.

I have another switch and just went out and picked up a 12V LED, which side of the switch do I tap into for the power and ground?
