my car has pw and pl. the windows dont work n the locks dont work. the fuses are good but im not getting anything when i press them. can someone tell me what might be the problem.

 

Did you verify the fuses were good with a meter? Or did they just "look" good?

Did you pull the lock/window switch and test for power in/out of the switches?

 

x2, sometimes a fuse can be blown even though you cant tell from the human eye, i bought this exact kit here for like 15$ and the yellow tester lights up green when the fuse is good, o yeah it also works as a fuse puller
