Default will this work?

2 12"w3 d6 jl's powered by a jl 500/1 amp? im trying to peice it together but not really doing a good job considering i dont know what im doing. what about the load on my alternator? how many watts can i push it, isn't it an 80 watt alternator

That would be amps not watts.
If that is the true power of the alternator I don't see you having a problem.
I don't know the rating on the civics.

oops you know what i meant. so i shouldnt have a problem. cause it seems right now i got some electrical probs. my indiglos go off and on an then when my lights are on there is this faint buzz and when i hit the turn signals it buzzes w/ the signals, plus my passenger window doent go down now, dammit

Sound like you have a wiring problem recheck your wiring. Also check the grounds on the car make sure you have good clean grounds.
