Where to buy alarm
So I know that If I buy a Viper alarm online I get no warranty, ok thats fine, I do not have a viper dealer in which I can drive my car and get it installed in my province or even in the closest province. Does anyone know if you can use the viper 791xv without the remote start because I have a manual transmission or is that possible? and does anyone know where to find a viper 5000 alarm online? or even a Hornet 564T 745T anything? Any help appreciated

PS we have 3 DEI dealers in Kelowna BC, 5 more within an hours drive, some selling Clifford, some selling Viper and others selling Avital the other DEI product is at one or the other 8 locations.

Lol yeah there isn't much here and I didn't even know there was one in st johns even though it is still an 8 hour drive to get there.
Thanks though.
Does anybody know if these alarms can even be installed due to the fact that they all have remote start and for auto trans. only! I dont have an auto and I dont really want remote start either. Can this be bypassed or is it necessary or is it able to be set up to manual trans?

If you don't want the remote start, just don't hook it up.
You will, however, still need to connect the ignition wire... It's what resets the alarm if it's been triggered, and it's a dedicated alarm input that triggers if the ignition is turned on.

Or if you want remote start also maybe look at a Compustar... http://www.compustar.com/ Here is a dealer locator... http://www.compustar.com/dealer_locator.htm 94
