im trying to get a rader detector...

which one is good?

one of my friend told me Valentine Radar Detector is good.

which detector would u recommend?

 

not really accord specific... but yes valentine one...

valentine one has arrows on it to tell you from which direction and how many signals it is seeing.

it is VERY reliable and accurate.

keep in mind though, some places have changed over and are now starting to use the laser more frequently. since that is a short manually controled burst signal (ie officer sitting on side of road, aims it at you and has to pull the trigger on a radar gun equipt with it)... by the time you get warned, your already caught... nothing is going to really save you there.

I recommend the V1 (Valentine)... Other good options are the Bell Sti, BEL Vector 995, Escort Passport 8500 X50, and BEL Pro RX65.

valentine is only one just tell me there is police near me?No, there is no such product on the market. Thats why there called radar detectors and not police detectors. lol

 

If you cant afford a V1 or an STI driver, then a Whistler Pro78 or XTR-690 unit would be your best choice.
