Default what the hell is this sound?

i installed 2 amplifiers today:

-kenwood KAC-8452 (4 channel)
-precision power dcx 1000.1 (mono block)

for some reason, i'm getting a high-pitched whine annoying long beep noise with my music. they both work flawlessly (1) at a time, but once i run both, i hear this noise. i'm lost... my car was on but in park the entire time.

some reasons but i doubt they are the causes.

-my amplifiers are jb-welded to the bare chassis of my vehicle. it is gutted by the way.
-amplifers and capacitor are all ground to different points of the vehicle.

ok... i grounded everything to 1 point and i am still getting noise. the only thin i haven't done yet is move the amplifier... which i cannot because it is permanently stuck ahahaha. jb weld does not conduct electricity but i think that's the problem right there... is there any other way i can get around it such as purchase a noise filter or something?

Geeez, hope you don't have to remove an amp for repair You can try RCA ground loop isolators http://www.scosche.com/scosche.aspx?CategoryID=33 like this 94
