Default weird problem with turn signal, is this schematic OK?

I have an odd problem with my rear right indicator light on my EG.
It works OK when driving, but when the ingnition is in the off position it doesn't work.
so when I (dis)arm my alarm, 5 indictors blink. same thing happens and when I turn on the hazardlights with the ignition off.
As soon as I turn the ignition on with the hazardlights on, (not really sure if it's position I or II) the rear right indictor starts blinking along with the rest.

I found this schematic which I used to connect the wires that make my alarm blink the lights.

But the first time I connected those wires, I connected them to point A and C, while it should have been B and C. everything worked fine, but after 2 days I noticed the RR indictors not working when (dis)arming my alarm.
I rechecked the wiring an corrected my mistake but the problem stayed.

How could I fix this? According to the schematic my problem isn't even possible. If a wire would be broken the indicator would never work.
