I'm looking for someone that has there own tools that can build a custom box for a set of JL audio 8w7s. Nothing spectacular but I want the box to form to the back seat.

I don't have any of the tools to do this myself otherwise I would. I own a jigsaw, and a staple gun and thats about it for box building tools. If you want to make some extra cash and you know what you're doing contact me.

Unfortunately I'm in a similar position to you. I have the know how, but don't have tools at home, just the tools at work, but it's hard to squeeze in large side jobs.

I found a place that will do it for $500 I just need to buy the leather.

I think I'm going to have the local shop do it. $400 isn't that bad I just have to find the leather that matches my interior so I am going to hit the auto upolstery shops tomorrow to she if I can find something that matches. Unless any of you guys now somewhere that I might find a leather match.

Ya no problem wasn't looking forward to the drive anyway It sucks when something is so easy to do but you dont have the tools or the room to do such a task. Thanks for the offer though.

 

there is a place in California called katzkinz that does highest of high quality upholstery. i work in savannah georgia and we ship all our stuff to them and we have never had a complaint in quality and prices are decent too. i can get you address if you want it
