Default W7 SUB HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

I had the sub volume up all the way and i was playing a track when it made the bass go very low adn i hear a pop pop pop noise. When i get out and look the sub was loose but it was not cracked or damaged anywhere. I see a large metal ring that is just sitting there out of place is there something i can do to fix this or.......
