Default Voltage problem + Audio Questions

I have a few problems/questions.

I drive a 1997 Honda Accord 4cyl

I have a volt gauge hardwired into my cigarette lighter which I never use to power anything. When I drive the voltage drops from 14v to 12v intermittently. However, when I come to a complete stop @ a stoplight it drops down to 12v and if I suddenly turn my turn signal on my car stumbles for 1/2 a second, idles a bit higher, and the voltage goes up to 14v.

Sometimes when I am slowing down with my foot of my gas and it has been @ 12v it will go back up to 14v when the tranny shifts but if I give it gas it will drop back down to 12v.

The alternator and battery have been tested fine multiple times.

Second:

I have a 1 farad mobile authority cap, 4 gauge wiring, 1 Volfenhag 1,000w max 500w rms sub, and an Audiobahn A8002T Amp ( http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...n+A8002T.html# )

I just removed one subwoofer and wired the remaining subwoofer to 8 ohms. I then bridged it to the amp. The subwoofer is MUCH louder but it dims my dashboard and headlights which doesnt make sense b/c I have a cap, hid's, and the system is a small system!
In response I have turned the "level" on the amp waaaay down to avoid the power consumption.

Whats the deal with this? It is all wired correctly but shouldnt be draining my power like that.

THANK YOU

Hmmm, never heard of that.

What does it do and how would I bypass it? Any possible negative side effects of doing such?
