Default Viper 5002 Problems

Ever since the install my car has been randomly getting shock sensor codes. Sometimes it will just warn away and then sometimes it will go into full alarm. I have been outside working on another car and it will just randomly go off. I'm thinking the shock sensor could have been bad since the beginning. Sensitivity is set to about half way.

It's intermittent too. Sometimes I will drive the car and then park it for a week, and the alarm will continuously do this. Then sometimes it will never go off.

I would check and see how the impact, [shock] sensor is mounted. 94
