Default USB compadable headunit?

are there any headunits that might have a slot where a usb storage device could be plugged in the US market?

Sony had some headunits with firewire connections, i want to say one also had a USB connection & memory stick. We used to carry it at CC.

I was thinking of the Sony MEX-1HD...it has the sony's "magicgate" and memory stick reader but no USB.
