Stealth installed alarm system with tilt sensor and battery backup siren.
Lojack (or similar system)
Hidden starter and ignition kill switch.

Lo-jack as a layer, Remember lo-jack is a beakon and not gps

Dei- 210c or 210v gps tracking system- you know were the car is all the time plus e.w.s. The dei gps unit call your cell or any number program to it withen 15 secs to 1 min of the alarm being triggred. You WILL KNOW WHEN A THIEF IS MESSING WITH YOUR CAR. It takes more then a min to even try to steal a car with a decient alarm system. If at all.

Main relay kill, The fuel kill has become too popular with car owners and theives. Now they just go straight to your fuel pump with 12 volts. This will bypass all fuel kills no matter were the switch is. So just use a fuel kill as a layer. The main relay kills the fuel pump, injectors an part of the ecu. So its three in one kill switch. Even if they hit the fuel pump with 12 volts the car will not start. You can't hot wire injectors. Use this set up and relocate the main relay so it can not be tampered with. 100% there not going to drive away.

Stop putting the dam siren in the engine bay. So a theif can pop the hood and cut it and work in silence.

Right way

Stop and don't let any installers do this to your car.

or this

or this

or this

or this

close but still no cigar

This is the best way, Sorry, I can't show you were the brain is but you get the picture, there is plenty of room

or basic like this

All alarms should have a back up battery and a hood pin. I say all should have some sort of tracking system. But Some can't afford it or its out there budget. Most if not all the thefts on here could been avoided. I feel if you dump 4k plus into a new swap, rims or any other mods why not start with security first? So a theif can watch you build their next target or new toy. Once people wake up and figure this out there will be no more thefts. Its not the theifs fault that he took your car. Its his dumb broke azzzzzz job. Its your job to secure your car. If you read this you need to go look under your dash and compare with the pictures up top. If you match the bad ones you need a new game plan.

Sure, LoJack's great if you happen to live in one of the few cities in the US that there's service in.. For the other 95% of the country, it's a waste of money...

I hope that hood release cable was later relocated to inside the bay!

If you really want to be secure,

Layers
Don't leave valuables visible (including expensive seats, stereo, etc.)
Park in areas with lots of foot traffic
GPS Tracking system
Put a parking boot on your car

me thinks that you cut the wheel liner out and that siren is toast.....Hope you got more then just that siren.

When I had an integra I cut the wire at the distributor. So if they killed they alarm they lost power to the distributor.

Nope, you can't reach it with the fender liner cut and the wheel straight. And you can't unbolt it or break it. Nor cut the lead wire. You dam sure can't get it with the car being lowered. I test out everything before I offer it to the public.

You don't actually have to physically "get" to the siren. I have seen a tool that they use. Its basically a long bar kinda like a scissor jack handle but flexible that has a hook on the end. The slide it in grab the wire then turn until it rips the wire out. This is how a lot of them get under the hood an disconnect the siren without setting the alarm off. They just pry the hood up then slide this thing under.

And if I remember right on that integra the wheel liner goes over the wheel then under the front bumper. Relatively easy to cut the wheel liner near the bumper out. Not to mention cutting through that front bumper is EASY!!! that how a lot of them unlock the hood. Cut right through and get to the latch.

Another thing I have seen them do is if they can't get to the wire they will attach one of those siren covers that are in alarm stores so they siren is not so loud. Or spray expanding foam up in it. Just saying seems relatively accessible from the outside. I would hope that is not the only siren. Never underestimate the ingenuity of a thief.
