Im making a custom subwoofer box out of fiberglass. I know howto do everything I just have one question. What kid of iberglass should I get? i see that there are somet thicker fiberglass mats out there. i just dont know what one to get

well I would suggest chop mat, only because it is easier to work with around the corners than cloth mat, and if you can find some 7.5 oz mat that would be cool with like two layers. If not do a couple layers of 3 oz mat which will be easier to work with than the 7.5oz. And here are some links to help you out:

BTW number of layers will depend on weight of fiber glass, and like most things more thin layers is better then fewer thick layers, and as has been mentioned lighter weight mat is easier to work with. 94
