Wassup guyz, i took out my cold air last night to go get a smog check... when i was done with it.. my system didnt work anymore.. the head unit turns out and all, but nothing comes out of the speakers. anyone knows why? thanks for ur input

 

shouldnt' have anything to do with the CAI remove or re-install. none of those wires in that area would affect it. If you did hit one it would cause the radio to not work at all. The only thing I could think of is maybe one of your speakers are grounding out, or if you have a 4 channel running the show you popped it's fuse or the connection between the connectors on the end of the wires and the fuse aren't making good contact (i've seen that happen before)

 

I dont have any power to my amps or sub at all

 

Check your fuse for your amp wiring. If that is fine check the remote lead.
