Default Subwoofer Wiring Issue. NEED HELP!

Alright, I have my system wired up, i just ran into this random problem that just happened out of nowhere. The Speaker wiring coming from the amp into the woofer, is now giving me an issue. Their wired up with banana plugs on the wires, and I have a terminal cup on the back of the box so I can quick disconnect it.

When I plug the jacks in now, its pushing the subwoofer's cone out, I don't know how to explain it. Heres a pic of whats happening now right away when its plugged in and the system is on.

Subwoofer Pushed out when powered on

Sub Normal when Off

I've checked to see if they were reversed, they were not, it just happened out of nowhere, the plugs fell out earlier today cuz they werent in all the way. I got home later, plugged em in, and this started happening.

the same thing happened when my friend plugged the sub straight to a battery. he did this to check if the subs were blown.

sorry, other than that I don't know what to tell ya.

also, what sub is that? My friend's sub looks like that one and it pounds like no other. It's not a JL is it? My friends was solid black with no logos or anything.

Typical DC short. Check both of the wires, one will show +12 (or less, it depends) against the ground. Then you'll have to find where the wire's insulation's broken. I hope it's not the amp
