When i turn up my volume, the sub pops at times? and theres too much bass, im trying to get more highs out of my mbquarts in the fronts and rears, im using an alpine cda 9813. any words of wisdom?

tune it When I loose my settings I tune everything again. I turn the reciever to the level where the speakers not subs sound good at a high volume. Then adjust the amp to where the subs sound good.

you need to turn the gain down on the amp and put the bass all the way down
