Two 10" subs, overall, would be better than a single 12"?
Subs in question are the 11Ov.2 and the 13Ov.2 from Elemental Designs.
Correct me if i'm wrong, but the combined surface area of the two 10" would out do the single 12", the 10" drivers should be 'quicker', the 10" would be more SQ/musical oriented, the 12" could extend lower when compared to a single 10"....
Planning on doing sealed enclosures, pretty small (.5cf for the 10", .8-1.0 for the 12").
My front stage consists of CDT HD-6 mids, DRT-26 tweeters braxial style, running off the ES200-Z crossover, (and I have 3/4" silks for the 'image tweeters' running 6dB below [though i may change this to -3dB] the mains to somewhat 'lift' the stage), running off a AuraSound RPM 4200 bridged 150Wx2 at 4 ohms. I have no rear fill. I guess my biggest decision is whether to go single 12", single 10" or a double 10" or something like a triple 8" while still maintaining reasonable space/stealth in the trunk; either by a false floor, or a false rear firewall/seat-back (amps facing towards cabin, subs showing in trunk).

Any ideas or input would be appreciated.

Amp will either be the eDesign NINe.1 http://www.edesignaudio.com/ed...id=44 or some other suitable mono-amp. Do you have a reccomendation on a particular mono amp?
