could anyone point me in the direction of a good site to buy some decent speakers for a decent price...im looking for 2 6x9s and 2 6.5s also is it worth mounting the 6x9s in the back on the panels (91 crx) or shud i just do 4 6.5s

I personally would go to http://www.crutchfield.com or http://www.sounddomain.com and see what's available and compare specs. I would then search and buy from eBay.

try http://www.etronics.com . They have awsome prices, and if they dont have it they will get it.
