Default CD Player cleaners?

I was wondering if there are car cd player cleaners. My cd player is starting to skip and I know it is really dirty. I was just wondering if any of you know of a good one to use. Thanks in advance.

I always use a generic $10-20 dollar variety cd cleaner like maxell or tdk. I would not mess with the wet ones. It has always worked fine for me when I have put the in head units. The only problem is that the HU normally bends the brushes becuase of the close tolerance of the loading opening.
