Default Speaker Help!!!

I recently have been lent a 1992 Honda Accord DX and would like to put 2 new speakers in the front, and 2 in the back. The current factory sound system is miserbale, and doesn't even work on the right side. I have been on crutchfield.com to see which speakers will fit into my car and have decided on buying 2 sets of Pioneer TS-A1671R's. My question is - as stupid as it sounds - where are the rear speakers? I just received the car in the last week and looked in the back seat for the speakers and behind the headrests, and couldnt find or hear them. Any thanks ASAP would be helpful as to where the back speakers are located. I can't see how this car could only have 2 front speakers. Thanks a lot,

David

the DX accord did not have speakers in the back. More than likely the wires are in the trunk below the shelf though

So even though there currently are none, I can install them in the back now, right?

The factory 6x9 for the ex accord are actually very good speakers, especially for bass.

Depends on your definition of "good".

For factory speakers, they're not bad. Compared to even the cheapest of aftermarket speakers, they're absolute crap. The first thing I did after buying my Accord (new, not used) was rip out the crappy factory speakers.
