yes it does, depending on how much dynamat you put into your car. If you just get a trunk kit, it's only gonna add couple pounds.

even if you had 40 lbs worth of dynamat...what does it matter...little if anything.
unless your name is erick aguilar and you're trying to break into the 9's all motor.
and i think 40 lbs of dynamat is ALOT...
my point is ..you probably won't even use THAT much..and if you do...it still won't
really slow you down.

40lbs of dynamat will be better sounding and more comfortable than "saving" the weight.

im useing about 30 sq feet in my car, and its not really that heavy. and if you are using 40lbs of it, i dont think you should be focusing on speed, as much as sound

i've put 2 rolls of b-quiet brown bread in my car (stay away from b-quiet extreme...go brownbread)...the package shipping was like 14 pounds..so basically you've added like 30... the diffeerence in comfort vs. the 1/10 on your quartermile doesnt seem to affect me

Yeah this weekend I decided why not? So I went to fry's and got the kit for the doors for 50 bux. Instalation time=2 min to take off door panel-15 min to put on dynamat (original)-3 hours for each door trying to put back door panels That was a bitch I ended up taking 3/4 of it off. Oh well. All I can say is that it made a noticable difference. So now since I have a hard on for this stuff I'll probably do the trunk with brown bread or something similar. I don't plan on using dynamat after all you are paying for is the name.
