I will compete in IASCA SQ this year - probably in Rookie or Novice Street 601+ (that's where I would have been last year, but there have been so many changes to the class structure that I don't know where I am now.

Well for clarification:
Novice....As long as you do not have any ties to the Mobile establishment
such as marriage ( which blows really it does),collect a pay check by sales
installing, repping, consulting, etc, pay retail (ie no hookups that joe avg
consumer could not get) are not sponsored by any manufacture...you
pretty much can go in as novice.
Pro...if any of the above applies or by choice ( hey you got skills why not
show them)
Hope this helps...as for me I have competed in IASCA (old) DbDrag and SlAP
If you want to compete I would first look at the organization forums and also
the posting of upcoming shows in your area (ie do reasearch) and go check out
a few and ask questions ( lots)..also pick up the rulebooks ( most are online )
and talk to the judges ( when they are not busy at a show)...they are your critics
and they will give you insight of what they are looking for during a contest
( That way you dont waste time and resources doing something thats wrong)
Have fun

I was in the IASCA Pro 1-600 class last year but I sold my SQ car. I need to get my teg ready for next year or the end of this year. It is fun but difficult because you have to go against people who have $40,000 systems!

That looks more like a pro or expert score sheet. There's been some changes if memory serves - I'm still unsure if SPL and RTA are being used.
Here's what a street (where most of us would fall) score sheet looks like from the 2001-2002 season:
IASCA membership and logo - 5 points possible
Sound Quality Judging - 140 points possible
Tonal Accuracy - 40
Sound Stage - 30
Imaging - 25
Linearity - 30
Absense of Noise - 15
Installation Judging - 65 points possible
System Safety - 35
Installation Integrity - 25
Vehicle Presentation - 5
Objective Measuring - 35 points possible
RTA - 5
SPL - 30
For a total of 245
