Default Sony Xplod receiver

I just got the CDX-F5700 model and I am having it insalled tomorrow... I still have the factory speakers but plan on replacing them. Based on the quality head unit I have, what speakers do you all recommend for a decent sound?? Thanks in advance for any help!!

umm more info.. i dont know much bout sonys i dont really care for them but ... u still need set goals that u want... such as amp or no amp... and build from there... if ur gonna get an amp which 1 ... then u can find out wat speakers will work best for the amp if ur thinkin no amp just hu and speakers look for speakers that will fit best wit the HU its prob gonna be around 25 rms so u dont hav to get really great speakers just decent 1s ... if ur thinkin sony hu and speakers and mayb upgraded when u get more cash find the amp u will buy when u get the cash find the speakers that fit best wit it then buy those...

i would suggest checkin out http://www.Crutchfield.com u can find a lot of good stuff from there

i have 4 rockford fosagate - 2- 4"s and 2- 6.5"s and a polk momo 12" sub. the only amp i run with is a cheap sony explode amp runnin my sub. my headunit sucks pretty bad. It sounded good but was a unheard of brand to me, so i gave it a try. It is a soundstorm somethin, but it blows... so never go with soundstorm, lol.

good luck with the system
