i want to put my 12" cerwin vega sub in my sol, i dont want it in the cabin because i like my storage bins, so i was wondering could i put the sub in the spare tire well in a box and have it sit flush with the trunk floor, or would this not be a good idea? i dont have a spare for the car and i have a rear strut bar that i dont want to take out. thanks.

 

You could do it, provided the sub is shallow enough to fit in the well. You'd have to measure, but I bet if you glassed the well, you could do it... Just have to make sure you'll have enough volume for the sub to make it sound right (as the manufacturer intended).
