Default Securing sub box...not for theft though

I have issues with my sub box moving around in the trunk from hitting bumps in the road, etc. It's a small box and doesn't weight very much, so I'd like to see if anyone has ideas on how to secure it so it won't keep moving.

Trick is, I want to have easy removability. If I am in a bind and need to stick something in the hatch, it's easy to open the hatch, put the seats down, and move the sub box over a bit to fit in whatever I need to.

This may be a case where I can't have the best of both worlds, but maybe someone has an idea.

This is the only option I've come up with thus far. Any other thoughts?

Put the box in a corner so it is always out of the way, and bolt it in. If it doesn't fit, build another box that fits into a corner. That's how I have mine.

I use non-slip drawer liner. Works great. Works awesome in my toolbox, too, to keep the stuff from sliding around when the drawer is opened & closed...

Found that on google really quick, but you can get it at Wal*Mart for less than 5 bucks for a 10-15 foot roll..
