Default Seat Belt Buzzer

I have a 96 Accord that I'm going to designate as a delivery vehicle for my restaurant. I want my employees to always wear a seatbelt. How would I go about installing a piezo buzzer anytime the parking brake is down or the car is in "D" Drive but the seatbelt is not fastened.
Thanks in advance!

Yes there is a warning chime that buzzes for a few seconds upon start up if the belt is not in but then it shuts off. I'm wondering if a piezo buzzer gets tapped into the seatbelt light wire then grounded... but is it that simple? How would I now incorporate the buzzer to sound only when in drive?
