Default remote sync

Okay I got a crimestopper installed in my teg. Now the remotes stopped working. I reprogramed it but it will only do 1 remote can you help get both remotes to sync its a crime stopper CS-2016DP-FM

This is what I'm doing I turn the car on don't start it push valet button 4 times listen for 4 beeps and flashes press lock and unlock 2 beeps press again 3 beeps press again 4 beeps then its set but I can't figure out how to do both remotes cause it forgets the other remote when I try to do the other one.

LOL, that's not what it says.
Your right up to the press button 1 and 2 at the same time.
Once you press buttons 1 and 2 of the first remote the first time and the park lights flash 2 times, press buttons 1 and 2 of the second remote, park light will flash 3 times, [ready for 3rd remote to be programed] you do not press buttons 1 and 2 of the same remote 4 times, when you do that, press the buttons for the 4th time it erases all other remotes as the alarm brain is only capable of "remembering" 4 remote codes, if you program the same remote 4 times there is no room for any other codes. 94

LoL my bad what the dude told me to do. Hey I got one more question every to days my remotes won't respond to the car is their a problem with the brain its happened 3 times already. Is there a reason for this.

Hey I figured it out I have a second car button on the remote and I guess I hit every couple days.

Okay it keeps forgetting or something cause it the remote with the screen only works when it wants.
