Remote Start doesn't work??!!
Is there something special that is needed to be done to a Civic for engine remote start to work? I got a Jazz ager alarm and wired it just like the instruction says, but engine start doesn't work?? Is there something i should know about??
how is it not starting ?
does it respond to the remote ?
Does the IGN light up but but no crank ?
Does it crank but not start ?
Does it start but the starter stays engaged ?
Does it start run for 5 seconds then shut off?
need more info...

what year civic? and as n00ber said, what does it do or not do? Double check all your wiring, and is it going into a manual or automatic?
If just won't start, i searched threads, and found one that talked about reseting the reservation, what does that mean??? The alarm is going into a 95 Civic Hatch back manual transmission. once it was all wired up it the auto start just didn't work, no cranking or anything.
If the car has a manual tranny and you cant figure out why its not working.
I would asdvise you to stop what you are doing right now. What you are
attempting is harmful and fatal to yourself and others. Seel professional help

Alright, audioroach didn't want to tell you (justifiably) that you have to somehow disable the clutch sensor for the car to start. This is REALLY DANGEROUS because if the car is left in gear and then remote started the car will start moving (even with the parking brake on). I have heard enough stories about cars running into other objects that I would highly suggest that you reconsider a remote starter. There may be manual transmission remote starters for you to look into.
Scenario: You forget or someone else drives your car and parks it in a busy lot (leaves it in 1st). You try to start the car and it hits someone, YOU ARE LIABLE.
