yeah, It was easier for me to run the rca's down the drivers side instead of the center of the car, but same point.

power and speaker wire? explain please. The power wire goes to the amp, and the speaker wire runs to the subs or speakers. How would you get them crossed next to each other? But either way, i always thought you try to seclude the power wire... but i not sure
power wire...coming from the battery goes through the right side of my car under the panels. i recently purchased a new headunit and an amp to power my speakers. so we split the speaker wires from the headunit harness and carried them on the right side on my car also to the amp in the back. and the rca's also. so to avoid the buzz, i keep the rca's seperated so move it on the left side and bring it all the way back to my amp?

again, bass you are not helping, I have run 1000s of RCAs down center of car and have never picked up noise from a fuel pump, maybe its the "cool blue ones" lol.

just hooked up my new amp and sub....god dam the buzz gets loud when i accelerate my car...i just humms when the car is on and stops when i remove the faceplate. my best bet is to just throw the rca's down the car on the opposite side of the power wire?...its annoying

throw it down the middle of my car?..its a bitch to get under the carpet. should i just put the power wire down the left side of my car even though the battery is on the passenger side?...do all the electrical wires and power wire down the left side and rca's and speaker wires down the right side?..(passenger)

jesus ladies, heres the deal. Yes wires do make a difference. radio **** shack wires do not cut it. you dont have to spend alot of loot but for gods sake, dont be cheap. in almost all hondas the battery and a nice big fat empty gromet is on the passenger side, newer rides are a little tighter and funkier. running rcas down the "power" side does not make a difference unless you use said **** shack wires. running rcas and power wire together is not the best idea, but then again crappy equipment, wires and install can create noise. if youre gonna put equipment in, learn to troubleshoot.
i got rid of my engine noise by grounding the battery to the chassis with 2awg wire
can anyone explain this!? it happened by accident, i thought my hu was shot as i couldnt get rid oof it, i had a 2awg equipment ground wire and just decided to try it on the battery to chasis
i was driving and realised all engine noise was gone, wow!
