Default Radio Removal

I removed the battery in my daughters 2002 civic and lost the radio code. I need to remove the radio to get the serial number. Is anyone familiar with removing it? How do I go about removing it?

if it is a 02, try looking in or around the glove box. there should be a sticker that has numbers on it. that should be the sn for the radio.
