radio error code
Since we haven't seen one of these in a while, I'll be nice..
It's asking for the security code.
If your code isn't in your owners manual, or on a sticker on the inside of the glove box, then you'll need to pull the deck to get the serial number, which you will then give to your local Honda dealer along with proof of ownership and they'll give you the code.
You could have searched for "radio code" and gotten the same result, too...

I'm assuming you don't have the code, so you'll have to call or go to the dealer. Usually they ask for your license and vehicle registration and they give you the code no problem. Then just type it in using the radio preset buttons. It's just an anti-theft feature, so if a thief unplugged it and plugged it into their vehicle, they would have the same problem you have now...except no way for them to get the code (well, unless they have hookups at Honda :D)
EDIT: I didn't even see your reply B18C, sorry, didn't mean to copy exactly what you said (this damn computer is crazy, I swear :D ok maybe I'm just tired, nah I'll blame it on the technology
