Default Radio code

Ok, bought this OEM Acura radio dash from a local guy. He was selling it for his friend and that the friend sold the car with after market unit. And now they don't seem to remember or know the code. I trusted him because we exchanged emails, spoke over the phone and met in person. He seems genuine. And I shouldn't have purchased from him before verifying everything is functional.....haste makes waste!

Can someone help with the code? Plan to put it into a 91 Honda.
serial on radio dash is M96C102765.

Please PM me if you could help out.
Thanks

none of the above. You are going to have to take the radion down to a acura or honda dealer and show them your id to get the code. sometimes thewant to see your name on the reg but not all the time. That is the only way to get the code.

call your local acura dealer. if you're lucky, and you get someone nice, they can punch the code in for you on the interactive network (dealers only) but that requires you lucking out and getting someone that knows their ****. i work for a honda dealer, so i'll try it and see if it works.
