ok ive got 3 problems.

sometimes my power locks wont lo0cko when i arm the alarm but it will unlock. (all wires are hooked up corretly ive tripple double checked)

sometimes my remote start will not start. it will just start and die sometimes.

the alarm doesnt chirp when u hit the car with the sho ck sensor ( i want to keep shock sensor..break ins by pulling the handle out are very common in my area). the alarm will go off after 3 times. ive tested it by sitin in the car and looking at the sensor. the red light comes on when someone hits it, but it doent chirp. after 3 blinks. it will alarm.

Is Amazon an authorized DEI dealer?
Or did you end up with some refurb/recalled POS, that DEI sold for salvage? 94

Sorry but amazon is not a dei dealer. Amazon is a place were people post ads to sell. There are tons of people that sell on amazon and are not dealers. Alarms express is not a dealer nd sellon amazon.

Try to get another unit from them, it definitely sounds like you have a defective one.
The problem with places like the above is you do not know what you are getting, the unit you have may be a refurb or worse a recalled and sold for scrap, if a manufacturer has a bad run, EG; 500 units are mad with a wrong resistor and a diode installed backwards, it is cheaper for them to just not ship, and recall any they have shipped and sell the whole works to a "recycler", who would salvage any useful parts, unfortunately what is happening more and more often is they can make more money reselling them the online discount sellers, sometimes they had no intention of salvage, they pick them up for pennies on the dollar and resell/flip them for 10 times what they payed, quick profit, and you end up with a POS. 94
