Properly setting crossover
On my amp there is a cross over, however there are no freakin' numbers on the dial. There's also some general settings switch ***** that say Low, High and Full. What is the process one goes through to properly set it up.

Well, low/high/full are probably low pass crossover, high pass crossover, and full pass. Basically, if the amp is for a sub, then you'd select low pass, if for your components/coaxials, set it to high pass.
You could also just set it to full pass, meaning the amp won't cut off frequencies. If you went that route, you need to adjust the crossover points from something like your head unit or a separate crossover.
As for the frequency, go look up your amp's specs and they'll probalby tell you the frequency range of the crossover. Then you can mark the high and low frequencies, and then guesstimate everything in between. The other way would be to take a volt meter and a test tone CD and watch for voltage drop at specific frequencies.
