Default Problem with connecting sounds

Ok my friend and I are installing an amp with the subs in my integra. i know i got a shitty amp, its a boss gt580 2 channel. the subs we got is 2 10" kickers in box. but we havent gotten to the subs yet. the wiring on the amp to the battery was runned with 10gauge wires. the fuse box ran the fuses we put into them but they burnt them all including 100amp fuses. so we got them running on the 8 gauge wire. havent tested them yet but it sparked and it burnt the fuse on the switch we were going to run. im asking what in the world can it be? the wires? fuse?fuse box? the switch? have no clue and tomaro's sunday hopefully can get it working before school starts the following day

You need to post some pics because I can't understand what your doing. The reason fuses are blowing is because there is a short somewere. And putting in bigger ones is not going to do anything. Except waste money, damage your equipment or cause personal injuries. If you like fire works from the pop of the fuse get some sparklers. Jokes aside. It sounds like your trying to run the amp from the fuse block.? Is so that is not the way to do it. It need to go straight to the battery. More info, clearly type your thread, or and add some pictures of the install.
