prefab enclosures
Does anyone know of a place where I could get a pre-made sub box that mounts in the hatch of an Integra....similar to the stealth box from JL. If I can avoid taking a crash course in "working with fiberglass" I'd really like to.
Any help is appreciated.

check out team-integra.net, they have a little tutorial on creating a sub box (fiberglass) that fits in the spare tire well, pretty cool if you ask me.. I plan on using it to put my 2 1000 watt 12s in my 99 civic si, other than that you can go to a custom stereo shop, some build boxes....You cant really buy one as far as I know...
Great...thanks for the info. I think I'd be paying a fortune if I went to a custom shop to get one made....which I'm trying to avoid. I'll do some reading and give it a shot.
A tirewell sub box is VERY SIMPLE, and a good way to get used to working with fiberglass. Remember to mix the resin correctly or else it will harden too quickly or not harden hardly at all. That is the biggest mistake of newbies, they try and mix it by eyeballing it. NO NO NO!!!
But other than that, take your time cuz its ur pride and joy!

JL makes a "vantage" series box for the integra. It's made for 3 10's or 12's - can't remember. Check it out on their site.
