Passive Crossover question
How far away from the midbass and tweeter can you mount the passive crossover?
I don't know where to mount the crossovers for the Polk MMC6500 in my EH3 (95' civic hatch).
I was going to just mount it near the amps, but thats in the rear, quite far away from the actual speakers, but close to the RocfordFosgate P450.4.
Its going to be a bi-amp wiring.

well since you are bi-amp them you can mount them were ever you want, Its going to use the same amount of speaker wire regardless. you have to run midbass and tweeter. Its up to you and the way you are going to present your install. Custom and want them seen, Or just in the doors stealth.
You should have room to mount them under your driver's seat. That's what I did in my Prelude. If you don't have anything under the passenger seat, you could mount one under each seat.

Thanks!
I thought it didn't really matter where I mounted them, as long as they were installed and wired, it protects my tweets from being fried...
I'm trying to do a stealth install, cause the car is pretty much stock, and where i'm going to be living soon has its bad areas...
