Default New setup...

Jsut got a new whip, a 98 Civic HX 2 door coupe. Im pretty inexperienced with car audio...I did instal some front speakers and the headunit in my old whip by myself, but it was an older car. Anywho...

I got about $1500 to spend....I need pretty much everything. Lookin' at maybe 2 12inch subs in the trunk, some components in the front.

Any suggestion as to what I should get, and what kinda specs I should be looking for? Like I said, I don't know much...only the basics. Any help would be nice

It would be in your best intrest to do a search of the website, I'll bet that there will be 5 different topics on the best, amp, subs, h/u, and components for any price that you are looking for. Every one asks this and everyone always gets the same answers, so it will all be archived. If you have any questions once you have done some research I'd be happy to help out.

Short and sweet IMO:
Alpine head,
Infinity or alpine components
JBL, Alpine, Eclipse, amp
Infinity reference 12" subs (2)

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=280443 Sub
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=285841 Components
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=328428 components
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=306862 Amp
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=555606 Amp
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=551369 Amp GOOD ONE
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=458697 Head units
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=421900 Head units
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=351348 Sub GOOD ONE

To tell you the truth, If you look at these I'm sure that you will know more what you want and can ask better questions. Like what kind of sound you want, more bass, SQ... Brands... sizes... amp arangement...

I don't mean to be blunt but if you just do a little research for your self then it saves everyone else alot of time
