If you could help me out with any of these questions, it would be greatly appreciated:

1) NE1 try to install 6.5" BAs or other into their EG ('92~'95) Civic front doors? Do they fit? How much modification is necessary?
2) NE1 bring back a head unit from Japan and install it into their cars? Does it work? How do you get around the different radio frequency band issue?

You can get a 6.5 in with a spacer made of mdf.

 

To work a radio made in Japan you need a band expander, I'm not sure if they make them where you live.People need them all the time here because there are so many Japanese imports.
It depends on your radio frequencies, Japanese ones only go as high as 90.00
