i wired up my system, in my 94 integra, and i went to turn the radio on but no power nothing happend, and the clock doesnt show any display at all, i checked the fuses under the stearing wheel and they seem to be fine what could it be.

 

check the fuse under the hood.
Sounds like you blew the 12v hot fuse.
located in the black box next to the battery.
I believe it reads Backup. can't remember
