need help wiring up remote start
I have difficulty identifying a wire.
It is described in the manual as "Ignition switched "on" and hot through cranking"
It connects to a relay. The manual did not identify what kind of relay it was. The other three wires going into it are:
yellow wire that connects to the alarm brain
orange wire that connects to the starter side of the starter wire
orange wire that connects to the ignition switch side of the starter wire.
any help would be greatly appreciated

I don't know about wiring it up to a manual, but I assume you'll have to fool the ecu into believing you've depressed the clutch while cranking

I also have a problem with my remote start. I cant get it to work. I have 2 ignition wires an acc wire and a start wire. The remote (Aladdin 2000) manual said that I have to wire in a relay to give signal to both the ignition wires but I cant get the igition 1 to give me any reading on my voltimeter even with the relay wired in. Any suggestions? How can I check to make sure the relay is working.

simple way of bypassing clutch safety switch....
There are two switches for the clutch, one used to disengage Cruise control and the other for starting. Press on one switch (with hand)and try and start the car(IN NEUTRAL) if it starts you've got the right switch. Take it out, cut the wires, strip and twist together. Try and start the car again, if it starts you're done, system bypassed.
