I would run the 4 channel amp to some pioneer 6-1/2 in the front doors. Channel 1 and 2 to the front doors. Bridge channel 3 and 4 to run a small sub. Run the rear speakers off the headunit. Either 6-1/2 or 6x9 in the back. This will give you great sounds. What your budget on speakers?

6X9'S WONT FIT IN THE REAR OF THAT YEAR CIVIC. THERE IS A TEMPLATE YOU CAN BUY BROM BESTKITS.COM THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO TOP MOUNT THE 6X9 IN THE REAR.

even the 6.5's will be a pain to mount up front... i believe oem sizes are 4.5", however it is possibble i made the 6.5's work.
