There lots of places in the dash that the parklights can get power from, one place is at the radio harness, if you have installed an aftermarket HU and somehow connectedthe radios constant power with the illum. wire, the lights would stay on. if someone asks you to try something and tell you what happens, you need to try it, then post what happens I still don't know if the lights go out , also, are the lights on whenever the batt. is hooked up? and what is wrong with the headlights, and the wipers do they stay on also, or do they just not work?
I would recheck all the connections, all the plugs and grounds from the dash and cluster swap. and make sure you have not "pinched" a wire bundle someplace, [another place the parklights can get power] a "short" is to ground a "cross" is just to another wire if you "cross" any parklight or dashlight wire to a 12v+ wire, the lights will stay on. Try this, [and let me know] with the lights on, turn the dimmer control, does it dim the dashlights? Does it dim the parklights? [ with light switch off] Is there any change when you turn the light switch on to park or all the way to head lights?

Personally this happened to me. I ended pulling like 4-5 fuses just for my ******* dash lights to stay on. If not that like fcm said connection problem. Post some pictures to help out with your situation on where you think the problem extist.

Well i just wired up the radio and the clock...thats works fyne...Well from what i've done...I've unplugged the fuse and the lights turn off when the fuse is not plugged in...Also the radio turns off when the fuse for the lights is not plugged in...umm the windshield wipers only go on if i push the clicker down...but when i turn the clicker, it doesn't turn on, neither does the light clicker... So yea i've done what u've guys asked...no luck so far...Any other suggestions fellas?
**** I can't think of anything else. My problems were always bad connections, wiring bad or bad fuses. What about the relay? Is there a relay for the lights or whatever you need. Check the booklet for Honda. Cars suck sometimes.
Sorry didn't feel like editing my post. But I placed this here so could read it. Umm post this link in the EG+ Forum area. Your answer will get answered pretty fast. Also, I have my Chilton's book in my lap for Honda 84-95 but can't figure out what you really need to know.
From what I can see and what my boy is telling me...the lights are getting power from the radio since the radio turns off when the light fuse is removed...just dont kno how to fix the situation....
Oh, **** it is a connection problem. That's something you and your friend will have to figure out. My radio is powered my fog lights. Vice versa. Just **** around with the radio like grounding it in a different place or something like that. But like I said post in the EG+ Forum section. I'm sorry that I can't be that helpful. My problem is similar but I know what's up with it. I had to reground my CD player once before but I forget the reason I had to.

Also, check the groundning like said before. I just asked my friend what the problem on my Kenwood b4 and he said it was a bad grounding and connection problem.
